Today is the final leg of the 60th Annual Session of the New Providence District Convention of the Bahamas Baptist Union. President, the Rev. Cedric P. Farquharson, will deliver the message at the 11:00 a.m. service today and our Superintendent, the Rev. Wilton McKenzie will deliver the closing message at the 7:00 p.m. service. The theme which has been deliberated over these past few days has been, “Hitherto Hath The Lord Helped Us”, deduced from 1 Samuel 7:3-12. The Theme Song is, “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing”. Salemites are expected to be good hosts and support these two final services.
A light Continental Breakfast has been prepared upstairs in the Café for persons remaining behind to attend the Convention.
