The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Salem Union Baptist Church will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
1. Approval of Minutes of previous AGM. (September 11, 2018)
2. Matters arising from the Minutes.
3. Appointment of the Executive Committee. (As per Articles 29 and 30)
4. Approval of Income and Expense Reports for the Church proper for the year ending December 31, 2018.
5. Ratification of the appointment of the Property Management Committee. (As per Articles 42 and 43)
6. Ratification of all acts of the Officers, Executive Committee and Property Management Committee since the previous AGM.
7. Any Other Business.
Please note that a quorum shall consist of not less than 20 members. If there is no quorum present on September 10, the AGM will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
Following the AGM, a meeting of the Executive Committee (Monthly Committee Meeting) will be held at 6:30 p.m. when the following ministries will be reporting: Deacons, Sunday School/Ushers, Impact, Pulse, Kids In Action, Junior Church, Pastoral Care. ALL church members are encouraged to be in attendance.
