The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Salem Union Baptist Church will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
- Approval of Minutes of previous AGM. (September 11, 2018)
- Matters arising from the Minutes.
- Appointment of the Executive Committee. (As per Articles 29 and 30)
- Approval of Income and Expense Reports for the Church proper for the year ending December 31, 2018.
- Ratification of the appointment of the Property Management Committee. (As per Articles 42 and 43)
- Ratification of all acts of the Officers, Executive Committee and Property Management Committee since the previous AGM.
- Any Other Business.
Please note that a quorum shall consist of not less than 20 members. If there is no quorum present on September 10, the AGM will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
Following the AGM, a meeting of the Executive Committee (Monthly Committee Meeting) will be held at 6:30 p.m. when the following ministries will be reporting: Deacons, Sunday School/Ushers, Impact, Pulse, Kids In Action, Junior Church, Pastoral Care. ALL church members are encouraged to be in attendance.
